Broken cutter or product problem?

We replace broken cutters at no charge at any time. If your organizer arrived damaged or something is wrong with your wrap, tell us what happened.

Request help or a cutter replacement. Include your order number if available and a short description.

Wrap & dispenser instructions

Load the roll and make your first cut

Slide the removable end panel out of the bamboo organizer.
Place the roll inside and guide a small section of wrap through the dispensing opening.
Replace the end panel. Pull out what you need and lay the wrap flat across the cutting track.
Slide the cutter across. Leave a small edge over the front to grab next time.

Using the wrap without a dispenser? Cut the length you need with scissors.

The edge slipped inside or the cutter won’t glide

Remove the end panel and guide the leading edge back through the opening. Make sure the wrap lies flat across the track before cutting. If it still won’t work, contact us.
